I am a Los Angeles-based artist who has been working for over 10 years in oil painting and various forms of mediums. My work is deeply rooted in emotion and color, using portraiture and abstraction to evoke profound pain, suffering, and awakening. Through expressions of femininity, I explore resilience, transformation, and the unspoken emotions that shape us. Art serves as my sanctuary, my form of therapy. Through pain and hardship, I have turned to creation as a means of healing, expression, and transformation. Each brushstroke is a reflection of resilience, a testament to the power of art in navigating life’s challenges. In creating my art, I hope my work evokes deep emotion and serves as a source of solace and connection for others, just as they have for me.
I studied at Parsons School of Design, where I experimented with various forms of media, but I have returned to my roots in oil painting here in Los Angeles. For me, art is not just creation but revelation. It is an ever-evolving process of self-discovery, a way to navigate life’s transitions, and a means to connect deeply with others. Just as life is an ever-evolving journey, my artwork is in a constant state of transformation—always shifting, always growing.
Women are central to my work—our faces and forms becoming vessels for storytelling, feeling, and rebirth. Through layers of color and texture, I seek to capture the unspoken—grief, joy, loss, and renewal—allowing each piece to serve as both a mirror and a window into a new way of seeing.
Each brushstroke is an invitation to feel, reflect, and embrace the transformation's beauty.
